Pipeworks Brewing Co. is an institution in the Chicago beer scene. Having developed a rich catalog of beers since forming in 2012, they’ve expanded their reach beyond the city and are doing so on their own terms. Creative Director and Head of Product Development Kate Brankin guides us through origins of the brewery, how they have adapted their beers over time while the brewery has grown and palates around them have changed. We may even learn of the long fabled origins of the battle between Ninja and Unicorn.
